Doesn't fit your pet? Just swap it, no hard feelings.
- Exchange for another size or item within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must have their tags on, be unwashed, and not be chewed or scratched by your pet.
- If the mistake is ours (wrong item, wrong size, defective product), we cover shipping both ways.
- If it simply doesn't suit your pet, you cover the return shipping and we send the new item for free.
How to exchange: message us on Zalo or Messenger with your order code and a photo of the item. We reply the same day.
Refunds: if the size or item you want is out of stock, we refund you by bank transfer within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
